Scanner positions for different scans
Choose the correct scanner position for your object's size by following these simple guidelines.
Small objects
Diameter 25-100 mm / 1-4 inches and height 25-100 mm / 1-4 inches:
- Use the NEAR scanner position for best results.
Large objects
Diameter up to 170 mm / 6.7 inches and height up to 170 mm / 6.7 inches:
- Use the FAR scanner position
