Shipping Policy

Shipments within EU.

Orders over €99.99 qualify for our free shipping offer. 

We understand that when you make an order, you want your scanner as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse, which means you will get the product faster.

If you are able to add a product to your cart, it is available. In stock products - ship normally within 2-5 business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.

If products are unavailable, it will indicate "SOLD OUT". 

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you. However, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  

For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped with UPS.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays (International), Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders quickly.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out. 

Delivery Policy

In most cases, packages of the SOL 3D Scanner will NOT be left at your door and WILL require a signature.


Scan Dimension does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Scan Dimension will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
